The patient came to clinic with a severe front teeth fracture because of an accident. To make up for the loss of teeth and most of the maxillary bone, a bone reconstruction  has been done and fixed implants have been inserted as a support for integral ceramic crowns. This technique allowed to replace the patients’ missing teeth and give him
