This young patient had central incisors distant from each other because of their tapered shape. A fracture of the incisive edge was present on one of them. We have realized aesthetic reconstrucions in composite material of the front teeth to close diastema and give harmony to the smile. The result was immediate and the patient’s satisfaction high.
