The patient had in the upper dental arch crossed and dyschromic teeth. Acute parodontal problems have also been noticed. First of all a periodontal therapy has been carried out in order to save and stabilize the natural teeth. Afterwards the dental crowns have been covered with a thin film of all-ceramic that allowed to modify their shape, layout and color, thus recovering the face harmony and donatig the patient the pleasure of smile.
